The problem

A ringing phone you can't get to is a customer going somewhere else.

You're mid-cut, under a sink, or pulling something out of the oven. The phone rings. By the time you wipe your hands, it's stopped — and whoever it was has already dialled the next shop on the list.

  • 01You're busy doing the actual workThe calls that pay the bills arrive exactly when you can't stop.
  • 02Voicemail rarely gets a callbackMost people hang up rather than leave a message, and never try twice.
  • 03After-hours calls go nowhereEvenings and weekends are when plenty of people finally get around to booking.
  • 04A receptionist costs more than the problemHiring someone to sit by the phone is hard to justify for a small shop.

How it works

Set up once. It answers from then on.

Getting started is a conversation, not a software project. You tell us how your business runs, we build it, you test it before anything goes live.

STEP 01

Tell us about your business

Fill out the form below — your hours, your services, the questions customers always ask, how you want bookings handled. It takes about five minutes.

STEP 02

We build your receptionist

We set it up with your details and give you a number to call so you can hear exactly what your customers will hear. Change anything you don't like.

STEP 03

Point your phone at it

Forward your line — all the time, after hours, or only when you don't pick up. Bookings land in your calendar, messages come to your inbox.

What it does

The parts of the phone that eat your day.

Answers every call

Picks up in about two seconds, day or night. Nobody sits on hold and nobody hits voicemail.

Books appointments

Checks what's actually free and books it in. Reschedules and cancellations too.

Answers the usual questions

Hours, location, parking, prices, what you do and don't take — whatever you tell it up front.

Speaks English and French

Follows the caller's lead and switches languages mid-conversation if they do.

Takes proper messages

Name, number, and what they actually wanted — sent to your inbox while it's still useful.

Knows when to get you

Set the calls that matter — an emergency, a big job, a specific caller — and it puts them straight through.

Pricing

Less than a day of a receptionist's wages.

All plans include setup, your own number, bilingual answering, and booking. Prices in Canadian dollars, per month.

Questions

Straight answers.

Will it work with the booking system I already use?

In most cases, yes — Ringly can connect to common calendars and booking tools so it checks real availability and books into what you already use. If you don't have a system yet, we'll set up a simple calendar for you as part of onboarding. Tell us what you're on in the form and we'll confirm before you commit to anything.

Do callers know they're talking to an AI?

It sounds natural, but it won't pretend to be a person if someone asks directly — it answers honestly. Most callers just want their question answered or their appointment booked.

What happens if it can't handle something?

You decide. It can transfer the call to your mobile, take a detailed message and send it to you, or tell the caller you'll ring them back. You set the rules during setup.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number and forward it to Ringly — always, only after hours, or only when you don't pick up within a few rings. Your choice.

How long does setup take?

Once we have your details, we build your receptionist and send you a number to test. Most businesses are live within a few days, and nothing goes to real customers until you've heard it and approved it.

What if I want to stop?

Month to month, no lock-in. Cancel and your line goes back to ringing the way it did before.

Get started

Tell us how your business runs.

The more you fill in, the better your receptionist sounds on day one. Nothing here is locked in — we'll go over it with you before anything goes live.
